Hard to believe there are people in this world (hint hint hint) who don't like or even hate them *gasp* I hope you try this recipe - very easy and the scones come out so fluffy and soft inside, almost like bread. Of course if you want them for high tea, you should leave out the cheese and pepper and add some sugar instead.
